Stitch Culture values the privacy of all our customers and all information gathered is completely confidential and will not be traded or sold to third parties.

Returns Policy

If goods arrive to you damaged please keep the packaging and contact us within 7 days of receipt of item. Make sure you inspect all the goods on arrival as action on damaged goods can not be made after this time.

There is a two week returns policy if you change your mind. We must be contacted within in the two weeks. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. All goods returned must be in re-saleable and as new condition.

Please carefully check your address before placing the order as Stitch Culture is not liable for goods shipped to an incorrectly supplied address.

All goods supplied in error by Stitch Culture will be replaced at our cost.
